Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP ABAP Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP development, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The candidate will work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and develop, enhance, test, and support SAP applications and integrations.

The original JD emphasizes ABAP development across reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData, WRICEF components, testing, documentation, and performance optimization. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
•  Develop and enhance ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, conversions, and enhancements. 
•  Work with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDocs, user exits, and other SAP integration components. 
•  Develop and support WRICEF objects and interfaces with third-party applications. 
•  Work with OData services and troubleshoot related issues. 
•  Perform debugging, unit testing, and support functional and UAT testing. 
•  Identify and resolve application and performance-related issues. 
•  Prepare and maintain technical specifications and development documentation. 
•  Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews. 
•  Collaborate with SAP functional teams across modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, and FI. 

Required Skills & Experience

•  2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. 
•  Good knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, debugging, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. 
•  Experience with ABAP Objects / Object-Oriented ABAP. 
•  Working knowledge of OData. 
•  Exposure to BAPI, BADI, RFC, IDoc, and user exits. 
•  Experience working with SAP S/4HANA. 
•  Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
•  Good verbal and written communication skills. 
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
