Job Title: SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

•  Understand business requirements related to production planning and quality management. 
•  Configure and support SAP PP and QM processes. 
•  Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and associated planning parameters. 
•  Work with production planning scenarios including: 
  •  Make-to-Order (MTO) 
  •  Make-to-Stock (MTS) 
•  Support production orders and manufacturing-related processes. 
•  Configure and support quality inspection processes. 
•  Work with: 
  •  Inspection planning 
  •  Inspection lots 
  •  Results recording 
  •  Defect recording 
  •  Quality characteristics 
  •  Non-conformance processes 
•  Support integration between SAP PP/QM and SD, MM, PM, and other related modules. 
•  Participate in integration with manufacturing or MES systems where applicable. 
•  Perform functional testing and support UAT. 
•  Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution. 
•  Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, and training materials. 
•  Work with technical teams for forms, interfaces, enhancements, and related developments. 

Required Skills & Experience

•  2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and/or SAP QM. 
•  Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing business processes. 
•  Knowledge of MRP, production planning, MTO and MTS processes. 
•  Understanding of SAP QM inspection and quality management processes. 
•  Experience or good exposure to SAP S/4HANA. 
•  Understanding of integration with SD, MM, and related SAP modules. 
•  Experience in functional testing, issue analysis, and documentation. 
•  Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
•  Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. 
•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
