In this role, you will oversee project execution and contribute as an individual contributor when necessary. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions while driving technical excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) for the front end and Node.js/Express for the back end. 
• Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure and optimized data flow. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Implement responsive, cross-browser-compatible user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
• 3 - 4+ years of professional experience in full stack web development. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. 
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR) and React ecosystem. 
• Strong backend development skills using Next.js , Express, or NestJS. 
• Experience With Databases 
• SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) 
• NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) 
• Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO). 
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). 
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
