In this role, you will oversee project execution, mentor developers, and contribute as an individual contributor when necessary. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions while driving technical excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical Leadership: Architect scalable solutions, guide team decisions, and ensure robust system design. 
• Hands-On Development: Contribute to backend and frontend codebases, optimize databases.
• Team Management: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams. 
• Performance Optimization: Enhance application scalability, security, and resolve technical issues. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. 
• Experience: Minimum 3 years with Node.js and Angular/React.js. 
• Skills: RESTful APIs, microservices, responsive UIs, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
